Unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund or store credit. We are happy to assist you with further directions for starting a return. Please contact “info@parlourcandle.com" to get started.

Additionally, if you receive a faulty or damaged item or feel the product is not up to standard, please email us at “info@parlourcandle.com" with photos of the damage or complaint and we will assist you with the next steps in resolving the issue.


Shipping

Parlour Candle ships to the United States and Canada. We are currently working to expand our international shipping options. 

All weekday orders placed before 1pm CST will be fulfilled within 1 business day. Orders placed on the weekend may be subject to fulfillment on the next operating business week day. This excludes holidays and high traffic sale dates.

Express orders placed before Fridays at 1pm will ship same day.

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification with a designated tracking number (after fulfillment). Please allow for up to 5-7 business days for delivery.
